Can you send me the catalogue?

You answer the same questions all day: the price, the sizes, the delivery. Dukkami puts every answer in your own online store, with a catalogue, a cart and checkout with cash on delivery, and an admin to run your orders, stock and cash, in English and Arabic.

Every question, answered before they ask

These are the messages you get every day, and what your shop says for you. Try the examples: they are small copies of the real thing, with sample products.

How much is this one?

Maya · 10:42 AM

The price is already there.

Every product shows its price in dollars, with the lira beside it, worked out from the rate you set. When the rate moves, you update one number, not every post.

Do you have a bigger size?

Nour · 11:05 AM

Every size and version, with what is left.

Each choice has its own price and photo. Count your stock and the shop says “Only 3 left”, or sold out, before anyone asks. Every order takes its pieces off the count.

Your shop. Your name. Your link.

One link holds everything you sell, sorted into categories, with search. Put it in your bio and stop sending screenshots.

English and Arabic, properly.

Customers pick their language and the whole shop follows, right to left when it should be. You write each product once in each.

How do I order?

Karim · 5:48 PM

Add to cart, pay when it arrives.

Customers fill a cart, type their address and pay the courier in cash. The delivery fee follows where they live, and nobody can order from outside the zones you set. You get one complete order, not ten messages.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when the order arrives.

Where is my order?

Layla · 6:20 PM

Every order has its own page.

Right after ordering, your customer gets a link to a page that follows the order: received, confirmed, packed, on its way, delivered, with the courier and the tracking number. You move the order along from your admin, and the page follows.

Where exactly are you?

Rami · 9:10 AM

Your address, with directions.

Switch on the location block and your shop shows its address, a directions button and a review button. The map is Google’s, so it loads only when someone taps “Show map”.

Joe · 1:14 AM

Your shop, open day and night.

At one in the morning your shop still shows every product and every price, and takes the order with the address. It is waiting in your admin when you wake up.

The admin panel works on a phone as well as on a laptop. These are real screens from the same sample shop.

New orders stand out. Search by number, name, phone or town, filter by status, and export to CSV.

Your turn to ask

The questions shop owners send us.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. We build your shop for you: your logo, colours, categories and first products. After that you manage everything from a simple admin panel, on your phone.

Dukkami

Can my customers pay online?

They can order today and pay cash on delivery. Card payments online are not built. Whish Money payments are planned, and need Whish’s approval and documentation first.

Dukkami

Can I follow my orders and my cash?

Yes. Orders arrive in your admin with the customer, the address and the total. You move each one from new to delivered and record the courier and the tracking number. The Cash view shows what each courier still has to collect, holds, or has handed over.

Dukkami

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Every shop comes in English and Arabic, and the Arabic side is a full right-to-left layout. You can write each product name and description in both languages.

Dukkami

How do prices work with the dollar and the lira?

You enter prices in one currency and set the rate in the admin panel. The shop shows the second currency beside it, or hides it, as you choose. When the rate changes, you update one number.

Dukkami

Does it work outside Lebanon?

Lebanon comes first. A shop can also be set up for another Middle Eastern country, with its phone number rules, its regions and its currency. Whish Money and Lebanese couriers stay Lebanon-only, and a local lawyer should review the legal pages.

Dukkami

What happens to my customers’ details?

Customers order as guests, with no account and no password. Only you and your staff can read orders. A customer’s order page opens only with its own long link, and shows no name, phone or address. The shop sets no analytics or advertising trackers. Orders are kept in your shop’s own database (Firebase) and the shop runs on Cloudflare.

Dukkami

How much does it cost?

Pricing is being finalised. Send us your shop details and we will tell you exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.

Dukkami

What do I need to get started?

Your shop name, a logo if you have one, photos and prices for your first products, and where you deliver and what it costs. Send the form and we take it from there.

Dukkami

Still have a question? Send it with the form and we reply on your phone.
